Our Easter this year was such a great one. Poppa and Gramma spent the week with us, and because it was Spring Break we were able to do especially fun things together: we visited Discovery Place in Charlotte and ate pizza downtown; we went to the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens; we saw a movie; and we took the kids to a big Easter Egg hunt, where we got the ultimate prize--a real, live, soft bunny!

Easter Sunday was beautiful and warm. Gramma and I spent the afternoon making dinner while the kids got acquainted with Coco (in between stuffing themselves with candy).

We rounded out the day with a quick egg hunt, and for the grand finale: lemon curd-filled cupcakes.
It really was a lovely day celebrating the resurrection of our Savior.

Your children are getting so big & lovely! A real bunny - you are very brave indeed.
Hi - just saw your response about the leather couch. Great family - love the bunny photos!
The shoe polish works really well, but you will have to redo it periodically. Before we have a group of people over, it's one of my touch up routines (along with cleaning the half bath next to the kitchen well!)
I hope it works well for you too.
